less talk tuesdays

The lights were low, the candles were lit and the tea was on tap. Our ‘Less Talk Tuesday’ sessions were (as the name suggests) weekly Tuesday evenings where there was less talking and socialising, and more relaxing, unwinding and non-directed creative play.

Participants had access to a huge range of art materials in a group art studio space to explore whatever creative processes felt soothing after a long day at work. 

Participants often used this weekly time to experiment with unfamiliar media, create handmade gifts & cards, creatively reflect on the day and work on on-going artworks.
