Kith & Kin

2021 | Urban Health Collective, Collingwood
2022 | Brunswick West Workshop, Brunswick West

Our Kith & Kin (translated to ‘friends & relatives’) sessions were run around Mother’s Day. Participants came in pairs to these workshops and were encouraged to bring someone in their life who they wanted to celebrate. For some people this was their mum, but for others it gave them a chance to celebrate another parent, a parental figure, a role model, or just someone else they loved dearly.

The Kith & Kin workshops were all about spending quality time with that special someone and collaboratively engaging in art-based activities either with each other, or for each other.
