In partnership with Darebin Youth Services, we supported the Rise Up Leadership program, which strengthened leadership skills for young women and non-binary people in Year 10. The program aimed to increase connection to services, create opportunities for employment, and support a sense of belonging and community.

Across sessions at different Darebin Council locations, we facilitated creative activities that supported these goals and offered guidance and encouragement. Participants explored self-expression, built confidence, and practiced skills like collaboration and problem-solving helping to address lived experiences of self-esteem, body image, anxiety and social confidence.
